When Returns Are Accepted

- Describe the issue and include photos if possible
- We’ll discuss the best solution together, whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or refund
- If a return is agreed upon, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back

- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error was ours
