When Returns Are Accepted
We accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or broken during shipping
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item significantly differs from its description

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Describe the issue and include photos if possible
  3. We’ll discuss the best solution together, whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or refund
  4. If a return is agreed upon, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back

Please Note

  • Returns must be discussed and agreed upon before sending anything back
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error was ours
  • We do not accept returns for items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
